Figure can talk using a special reader and the micro Commtech chip enclosed with the figure. Made by Hasbro, this figure is licensed by Lucas Films LTD, and dated 1998. it is UPC # 076281 84078 9 and stock # 90711 imprinted on back of card. Made in China, and shown a C-031A. Figure is mint sealed on card, but card is showing distortion and waviness, and bubble is distorted.
