This figure of *Q* that mischevious omniscient being, includes, a Starfleet Action Base, miniature earth,miniature USS Enterpriss, dilithium crystal sceptre. Figure is mint in card, card is excellent, showing some minor edge wear, and light bend marks, and is made by Playmates, under licensed under Paramount Pictures, and dated 1993. Figure also comes with exclusive Skybox Playmates Collector Card.
