Original 1950s-60s Popeye cartoon film used in actual TV Stations. Titled “Where there’s a Will”, this is a full length feature cartoon approximately 5 minutes long in living color and comes on 35mm film. Ready to show at your home, or business, this is a great unusual Popeye item to own. Licensed by King Features Syndicate. Film appears to be in excellent condition, however the grey plastic canister is showing what appears to be smoke and heat damage, but this does not affect the filmstrip itself. Film is rolled on a 7 inch diameter take up plastic reel.
