Chips Highway Patrol bad guy Wheels Willy 3 3/4 inches tall, mint on the card. This poseable action figure is made by Mego under license from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Film Co. and dated 1977. Based on the hit TV show from the same time, the figure is sealed on original card. Bubble is yellowed from aging,and has some splits to the bubble. Card is showing edge wear, and some bend lines all from storage, handling, and usage. C-5, B-3
