1950s Hopalong Cassidy Shooting Gallery tin lithographed toy. This way cool set is an all tin lithographed desert scene complete with cacti and cowboys. It has a spring loaded shooter that shoots out metal balls. The target is a series of cowboys riding horses, that move along the inside rim of the toy by windup spring power.
When the figures are moving, you fire the shooter by pulling back on the wooden knob, trying to knock down the cowboy figures. The figures are started and stopped by a metal lever inside back part of gallery, and is wound up with a key on the backside of the toy This game comes with 5 metal balls, winding key, and the shooting gallery itself. The 3 dimensional background gallery will fold up with the shooting platform. Instructions for operation are printed on the sand in front of the shooter.

Overall the tin toy is in excellent condition, showing some light wear, scratches, but does not have any kind of corrosion, and is not dented. Nice cool cowboy collectible from one of if not the most famous of 1950s Cowboys. Measures about 18.25 inches long, 13.75 inches wide, and 7 inches tall.
