Vintage 1950s rocketship kaliedoscope Space Orb.. Eye in the Sky. This is a red plastic spaceship, with a kaliedoscope inside. The unit is about 8 inches long 4.25 inches wide at the widest point, and 2.5 inches diameter to the basic body of the spaceship. The front cone of the spaceship is milky white which when you look into the exhuast tube at the rear, and turn the nose cone, the picture inside changes. Around the edges of the picture is printed the names of 8 of the 9 planets in our space system (earth is the planet not listed). This spaceship kaliedoscope is in very good to excellent condition, showing only light wear, scratches, but no cracks or chips are visible. No markings show the maker or the date of the item, so the time is estimated.
