Underdog Flying over fence line, green felt carnival hat. Hat is about 10 inches tall, and 8 inches in diameter. Made of green felt,and has a white feather. Patch on front depicts Underdog flying over fence line and a light blue background. Hat was a carnival giveaway from sometime in the 1960’s, possibly a prize from the midway games.Made by Cinchy.
