Face of watch shows the head of the Joker, and laughing alll around him. Digital display in center of watch dial which will show, hour, minute, second, month, and date. Made by Quintel , dated 1987, and licensed by DC Comics. Watch is mint sealed on card, battery has died from old age. Made in China.
