It is dated 1986, licensed by Ruby-Spears Enterprises, Inc. trademark fo Kenner-Parker Toys, and made by View-Master. Story goes as follows; Doc Terror strikes again! His cyborg forces invade Australia. Laser blasts explode! But the Centurions- Jake, Ace, and Max- join the battle and Terrors forces are turned back. Later at his headquarters, Doc says to Hacker. “Were never going to control the world while those Centurions have assault systems. Lets attack the Sealab where assault vehicles are made. Then the Centurions will be helpless!
