State of New York shoulder patch O.M.R.D.D.. This is an all cloth, black, with white lettering. It has a very colorful logo on the front,and the word “Excelsior”. Not sure what the lettering means, but the patch is in near mint condition showing no wear or dinginess. Patch measures about 3.5 inches wide, and 4 inches tall.
