Original 1940's Superman American flying pose metal pinback. This pinback features Superman holding a blue / white / red flag in his right hand, and flying upwards pose. Over the blue stripe is “Superman” over the white stripe are 4 stars, and over the red stripe reads “American”. Superman is wearing a dark blue body suit with red cape and shorts and boots, and red triangle “S” logo on chest. This pin is a brass metal with single pin attached to the backside, and is about 1.75 inches tall and 1 inch wide. Overall it isin excellent to near mint condition, showing virtually no wear of any kind. No other markings anywhere on the pin. This is an original pin, not a reproduction.
