Wood block body, lithographed paper detailing, spring neck with white wooden head and hat. Plastic addon parts, bright orange wheels, yellow plastic front grille, and canopy. Toy is about 7 inches long, 7 inches tall, and 4 inches wide.
Does not have the pull string, but makes a clackety-clack sound when pulled along. Bounces up and down as it is pulled. Overall in very good or better condition, showing some wear to the paper litho.
