Older Mary Poppins plastic doll from Effanbee Doll Co. NRMIB. This doll is about 10 inches tall, and is wearing a dark blue floppy hat with hatband, a dark blue long dress with light blue banding at the bottom of the dress, a long wide yellow tie or scarf? Around here neck, a multi colored carpet bag, white slip, black tights, and black and white button up shoes. Doll is still attached to the cardboard backing, does not look like she has been played with. Box is in just fair condition, showing a lot of bending , distortion, and some tears and edge / corner wear. Lacks the clear plastic over the window display in box. This is one of the Storybook Dolls offered by this company and still has cardboard checkoff list tag attached to her right wrist.
